To resolve code E07, you need to connect the safety key in the correct position, as referred to in the instruction manual appendix page 17. The safety key must be connected, whether the armrest is raised or lowered.

The remote control for the treadmill requires a CR2032/3V flat battery. If the remote control cannot be used, try pressing the small iron plate down after installing the battery to ensure full contact. If it still doesn't work, a new remote will be sent to you.
